Learning Resource Centre
Learning Resource Centre (LRC) was
established in 1996 with an initial collection of 729 volumes of
books and three (3) periodical titles. Over the years, LRC has grown
steadily with substantial collection of monographs, periodicals,
and audiovisual materials while offering various library services.
Main objectives are:
- To produce quality and
well-balanced graduates by providing information resources appropriate
to HICT\'s educational goals.
- To develop, maintain and manage library collection
in supports of all academic programmes.
Many of the academic programmes in
HICTare on twinning arrangement with foreign universities and automatically
this will be a great advantage for the LRC in sharing of information
and library resources. LRC continues to develop its services to
clients and the essential development in the future is the provision
of access to electronic library resources.
